ABOUT THE ROLE:
be the face of Nordigen for all visitors, making sure everyone gets the warmest welcome;
maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures;
organize the office layout and order necessary stationery and other supplies (tea, coffee, etc.);
maintain the office condition and arranging necessary repairs;
support colleagues in providing day-to-day administrative support (e.g., schedule appointments, make travel arrangements, etc.);
participate in organising internal and external events and activities.
considerable customer service or office management experience;
excellent communication skills;
good spoken and written English;
quick reaction and high attention to details;
ability to project manage, prioritise and successfully meet deadlines;
passionate about performing to highest level;
able to be multi-tasking and proactive.
