Office Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • be the face of Nordigen for all visitors, making sure everyone gets the warmest welcome;

  • maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures;

  • organize the office layout and order necessary stationery and other supplies (tea, coffee, etc.);

  • maintain the office condition and arranging necessary repairs;

  • support colleagues in providing day-to-day administrative support (e.g., schedule appointments, make travel arrangements, etc.);

  • participate in organising internal and external events and activities.

ABOUT YOU:

  • considerable customer service or office management experience;

  • excellent communication skills;

  • good spoken and written English;

  • quick reaction and high attention to details;

  • ability to project manage, prioritise and successfully meet deadlines;

  • passionate about performing to highest level;

  • able to be multi-tasking and proactive.
