Head of Data

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • lead a team of data analysts and data scientists responsible for building Nordigen's core categorisation and behavioural scoring technology;

  • continuously improve models by leveraging new data sources and employing the latest machine learning techniques;

  • team’s direction and work on improving overall team effectiveness;

  • manage communication and work distribution for custom client commitments;

  • drive education and communication of data analysis and data science in Nordigen.

ABOUT YOU:

  • a considerable working experience in a data science or data analysis;

  • an experience in leading high-performing data teams;

  • understanding of statistical analysis and modeling, data visualization and machine learning;

  • experience in the development and implementation of technical product strategy;

  • fluency in English – written and oral.

UX Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Drive Nordigen’s UX vision;

  • Collect and analyse user behaviour through different sources and gather information about clients and their requirements to create user journeys and site maps;

  • Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product team;

  • Create wire frames and prototypes;

  • Propose and sketch out a range of visual concepts

  • Collaborate with development team at the user experience planning and prepare project assets for handover to developers;

  • Present designs internally and to clients - to ensure consistency and usability of developed user interfaces;

  • Keep up-to-date with current UX research trends, tools and technology.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Experienced and highly talented UX designer;

  • Strong sense of aesthetics;

  • Portfolio featuring examples of product design work;

  • Experience with enterprise / B2B products;

  • Deep understanding of customer’s motivations and behaviours and experience in planning and conducting user research;

  • Excellent visual and user focused design skills and broad knowledge of design tools;

  • The ability to think at a high level about product strategy and to take ownership of design process and work as self-directed member of the development team;

  • Experience working closely with engineers and software cultures;

  • Considerable experience and knowledge of and proficiency with industry standard UI/UX software.

Head of Marketing

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Manage and expand Nordigen’s marketing team;

  • Nordigen’s marketing strategy and planning; 

  • Develop marketing campaigns according to budget and initial goals to generate quality leads;

  • Create and publish all marketing material in line with the marketing strategy;

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product teams on overall business planning.

ABOUT YOU:     

  • Considerable experience as a Marketing Manager or other senior marketing roles in B2B company;

  • Experience in leading teams;

  • Hands-on expertise in inbound and outbound marketing;

  • Experience in setting and building company’s or product’s vision;

  • Experience in working with advertising and PR agencies;

  • Deep understanding about content creation as well as experience in working with creatives, designers, copywriters as well as project managers;

  • Ability to manage, plan and coordinate projects under tight deadlines;

  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills;

  • Understanding of modern marketing concepts and interest in fintech industry.

Office Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • be the face of Nordigen for all visitors, making sure everyone gets the warmest welcome;

  • maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures;

  • organize the office layout and order necessary stationery and other supplies (tea, coffee, etc.);

  • maintain the office condition and arranging necessary repairs;

  • support colleagues in providing day-to-day administrative support (e.g., schedule appointments, make travel arrangements, etc.);

  • participate in organising internal and external events and activities.

ABOUT YOU:

  • considerable customer service or office management experience;

  • excellent communication skills;

  • good spoken and written English;

  • quick reaction and high attention to details;

  • ability to project manage, prioritise and successfully meet deadlines;

  • passionate about performing to highest level;

  • able to be multi-tasking and proactive.

Technical Writer

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • develop comprehensive high-quality documentation that meets organizational standards;

  • manage and optimize the sharing of technical information within the company;

  • describe functionality of Nordigen’s products;

  • prepare, edit and update software and system documentation for end-users and technical specialists;

  • prepare plans of the documentation;

  • create user-friendly tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications;

  • draw up procedures, standards and templates of documentation development;

  • innovate and experiment.

ABOUT YOU:

  • excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a keen eye for detail;

  • experience in technical writing of software documentation and procedural materials;

  • ability to grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures;

  • ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics;

  • familiarity with software development.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • maintain our office IT infrastructure;

  • support the deployment of our technology;

  • ensure that our environment on AWS is always according to best-practices;

  • continuous integration, automation, testing, reliability, internal tooling etc.

  • familiarity with AWS;

  • practical competence to manage our production environment, and also a genuine passion for best-practice;

Account Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • establish and manage relationships with new and existing customers;

  • conduct in person meetings and pilot projects with potential customers to prove product value;

  • prepare offers to potential customers and close deals;

  • work directly with Sales Development Representatives and Customer Success Managers to proactively work with opportunities for new sales or up-sales;

  • meet all individual monthly KPIs set by Management Board and Sales Team Lead.

Sales Assistant

 

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • conduct market mapping to identify potential clients in different countries;

  • create long lists, mid-lists and short lists according to certain criteria;

  • maintain and update our CRM system (“Pipedrive”);

  • identify key decision makers in short-listed companies and generate e-mail addresses;

  • support Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives and Sales Team lead with existing Sales processes;

  • meet all individual monthly KPIs set by Management Board and Sales Team Lead.

  • fluency in spoken and written English;

  • research/information gathering skills;

  • ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines;

Software Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of our core analysis technology. Primary development language is Python, followed by Javascript and CSS;

  • develop applications and integrations based on our core technology;

  • assist in the migration of our remaining legacy PHP code to Python;

  • work with DevOps in the deployment process;

  • participate in the ongoing improvement of our engineering practices.

ABOUT YOU:

  • passion for quality software;

  • highly skilled in Python or with a motivation to learn.

  • gross salary from 1320 EUR per month for Junior level up to 4100 EUR per month for Staff Engineer level depending on your experience, education and skills;
