Technical Project Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • collect requirements from management and clients and translate them into the project plans to be completed;

  • manage projects throughout entire execution to ensure following standards of scope, budget, and timeline;

  • coordinate internal teams and implement efficiency improvements;

  • identify and reduce risks in a proactive manner;

  • develop technical requirements and specifications for the product;

  • anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with clients.

ABOUT YOU:

  • considerable experience in project management, preferably B2B and SAAS products;

  • solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and technologies;

  • organizational, research, and time-management skills;

  • fluent in English (both spoken and written).

Account Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • establish and manage relationships with new and existing customers;

  • conduct in person meetings and pilot projects with potential customers to prove product value;

  • prepare offers to potential customers and close deals;

  • work directly with Sales Development Representatives and Customer Success Managers to proactively work with opportunities for new sales or up-sales;

  • meet all individual monthly KPIs set by Management Board and Sales Team Lead.

ABOUT YOU:

  • considerable experience in Sales and understanding of new technologies;

  • excellent client service skills;

  • fluency in spoken and written English;

  • strong presentation and communication skills to deliver complex or creative ideas;

  • experience in fintech and/or B2B and good industry contacts is an advantage.

Sales Development Representative

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • prospect and qualify leads (intro e-mails, LinkedIn messages, intro calls and meetings);

  • manage inbound leads and existing sales pipeline;

  • arrange calls and meetings for Account Executives with identified key decision makers;

  • track sales through our CRM system (“Pipedrive”)

  • utilize innovative and creative sales tactics;

  • support Account Executives and Sales Team lead with existing Sales processes;

  • meet all individual monthly KPIs set by Management Board and Sales Team Lead.

ABOUT YOU:

  • strong presentation and communication skills;

  • fluency in spoken and written English;

  • ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines;

  • aspiration to develop the skills necessary for a long-term sales career;

  • experience in Sales and good industry contacts is an advantage.

Lead Generator

 

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • conduct market mapping to identify potential clients in different countries;

  • create long lists, mid-lists and short lists according to certain criteria;

  • maintain and update our CRM system (“Pipedrive”);

  • identify key decision makers in short-listed companies and generate e-mail addresses;

  • support Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives and Sales Team lead with existing Sales processes;

  • meet all individual monthly KPIs set by Management Board and Sales Team Lead.

Software Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of our core analysis technology. Primary development language is Python, followed by Javascript and CSS;

  • develop applications and integrations based on our core technology;

  • assist in the migration of our remaining legacy PHP code to Python;

  • work with DevOps in the deployment process;

  • participate in the ongoing improvement of our engineering practices.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • support the theoretical foundation of our core technology;

  • understand our existing algorithms and perform ongoing research into improvements and alternatives.

ABOUT YOU:

  • bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics;

  • an expert in the design and analysis of algorithms and data structures;

  • practical skills to implement prototypes and experimental projects, ideally in Python;

  • capable of technical and academic writing
