Insights: Simple Score

Operation keyword: simple-score

Simple Score measures the credit risk level. Built using Nordigen risk modelling features, it uses a decision-rule logic. Simple Score ranges from 0 to 10, where 10 represents the best possible score.

Simple Score outputs the level of how likely a customer is going to settle their current liabilities. It is an expert scorecard, based on common practices used in underwriting. Simple Scores can be useful for companies that do not have enough resources or data to develop custom credit scoring models.

For more advanced use-cases, Nordigen provides other data points as a part of its Credit Scoring product for Enterprise users.
