According to EBF, Finland has 3 major banks who together hold 70% market shares - Nordea Bank, OP Financial Group and Danske Bank.

89% of Finnish population use online banking services, including the elderly (age 65-79) from which up to 80% also choose to pay their invoices using online banking (Finance Finland, 2019).

Most of the largest banks have active open banking developer portals that provide regulated access to account information.

To use access and use the open banking APIs in Finland, you will need to acquire an account information service provider license, issued by the relevant authority. In addition to that, you will require a relevant certificate (QTSPs or eIDAS), compliant with PSD2 requirements.
